Its hard to stay away from the best dry fly river in Montana, or America. It was the logical progression right up I-15 from the muddy Beaverhead. It's always good. Not as good this week, as PMD's have been replaced by tricos, and there's more of the day with fewer bugs, but its still the MO, with fish up in the mornings and evenings. Still just enough PMD's for the spinners and cripples to work late mornings and evenings. Even a couple early fish on caddis.
