Made the move downstream to the very bottom of the creek, where I haven't fished in nearly two years. Water was low and wadeable, and there were mid-morning midges. The wind blew things out the first morning just as the fish and midges were getting going. On day two, the fish stayed up in some form for most of the mid-day. Think I could hook a fish on the tiny little shit they were eating? Not really. A few hooked themselves I guess. I had quite a few eats and missed connections.
